Kent Boringer Kent Pancake Mix​ Packets (you will need 3 Cups Milk (600ml), 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil)

  • Put 2 eggs, 3 cups of milk (600ml), 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 3 and a half cups of Pancake Mix (450g) in large bowl.
  • Stir until large lumps disappear. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
  • Pour slightly less than 1 forth cup batter for each pancake on to hot and greased griddle.
  • Cook 1 and a half minutes on each side or until golden brown on low heat. Serve as desired.
